Three Methods for Making Garlic Dip


 Different recipes can be used to make garlic dip. Garlic dip can be used to accompany many different foods that range from fries, seafood, breads, pizzas, pastas, seafood, and meats. Garlic dip can be made for various occasions at home or for any meal. Get your family and friends talking about your tasty delicacy! Here are three ways to make amazing garlic dips:

First, Open your Garlic Shaker®. Toss an entire head of garlic into it. Close the lids. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Open a lid. Pour out the peeled garlic cloves.

Method 1

You need fresh garlic, heavy cream, butter, salt and pepper for seasoning. Start by chopping the garlic, ensure finely chopped, and gather 2 tbsp. heat some butter on a pan and add in some garlic, to cook until they are tender, do not wait for them to turn in color. Sauté’ your garlic in the meantime. Add your garlic to a heavy sauce pan, and cook it till simmering begins. Keep stirring it while it cooks. Add some pepper and salt, to taste. The amount of pepper to use will be determined by your personal preference. Let the sauce to simmer for a minimum of 10 minutes, and it will begin to thicken.

Method 2

Lebanese garlic dip is another reason for your family to wait for the dinner. You need to get a juicy lemon, salt and some ice water, cooking oil, and fresh garlic. Start by putting your garlic and 2 tbsp. of salt in a food processor and ensure that you have blended them until the garlic is fine. Scrape down your garlic and continue processing to avoid lumps. Slowly add in some high quality olive oil into the food processor. While adding the oil, stop at half cup and add in two tbsp. of lemon juice and continue with the process. Put the sauce in a bowl and then refrigerate it.

Method 3

This is a method that is suited for people who love to eat garlic dips that are spicy. This is a great accompaniment for fish or any other sea food. You need to have yogurt that is fat free, soft cheese, crushed garlic, snipped chives, ground pepper and lemonade. Start by mixing in the light cheese with the yogurt and ensure that they mix well, you may use a food processor to get a through mix. Proceed to mix in the crushed garlic, and the lime juice. Keep stirring till you attain a good paste like dip. Finally add in the chives, ground pepper and mix well for even distribution. You may garnish it with some fresh coriander leaves.

You can select and measure your ingredients according to the number of servings you will be making. If you are a garlic lover, you can have you a little more garlic than the rest of the ingredients. If you do not like a strong taste of raw garlic, you can sauté it first till it is tender
